Roof Leaks
Interior stains, dripping after rain, or damp attic insulation are signs the roof assembly has an opening. We inspect from the attic when we can, then from the roof, so the repair matches the leak path.
Missing Shingles and Wind Damage
Wind can lift tabs, crack shingles, or strip them off a slope. Replacing the damaged pieces and checking nearby fasteners often restores the field without a full tear-off.
Hail Damage
Hail can bruise shingles, knock off granules, and split ridge caps even when the roof looks intact from the ground. If the damage is isolated, we repair. If it is widespread, we document it and discuss replacement.
Flashing and Vent Damage
Many leaks start at chimneys, sidewalls, skylights, pipe boots, and vents — not in the middle of a slope. Armor repairs or replaces flashing and boots so water is directed off the roof instead of into it.
Emergency Damage
When a storm opens a hole in the roof, the first job is to keep water out. Call your local Armor office. We can discuss temporary protection and the permanent repair once the roof can be assessed safely.

A repair starts with an inspection: age, previous patches, deck condition, ventilation, and the specific failure. You get a clear recommendation, not a vague “we’ll take a look and see.”

If a repair will protect the home and the remaining shingles still have useful life, we repair. If the roof is failing as a system, a replacement is the honest recommendation. That decision belongs in the inspection, not in a sales script.
